Studies have shown that much of the work done by real estate brokers is invisible to their clients. People underestimate brokers’ contribution to real estate projects, and this perception issue wasn’t going away on its own. To remedy this, we explored various ways of showing the work that brokers do behind the scenes.

Starting with the climax of any real estate project—the transaction—we worked backwards, taking into account all the steps that lead to a sale or purchase. Concretely, we were interested in what lies behind a transaction: all the work that takes place between visits, calls and emails. We then created the assets for our “behind every transaction, a real estate broker is working for you” campaign, a 360° initiative that highlights the important contribution of brokers. And to top it all off, we asked Claude Legault to voice the campaign.
