Job Summary: Under the supervision of the Group Media Director, the 360° Media Campaign Manager plays a key role in the development and success of our clients' media campaigns. They participate in the planning, implementation, tracking, and optimization of both traditional and digital media campaigns. They provide support to strategists in their daily tasks, including research, ad placement coordination, direct buy tracking, as well as campaign launch and optimization across various advertising platforms.
Analytical, proactive, curious, detail-oriented, and organized, they work closely with strategists, media partners, internal teams, partner agencies, and clients to maximize the impact of campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Research and Planning:
- Conduct research on consumer behavior, media trends, and new opportunities.
- Analyze the potential of audiences within platforms.
Campaign Management:
- Ensure rigorous tracking of purchases, timelines, and administrative processes related to campaigns.
- Create and manage campaigns across various digital channels (social media, display and video, direct buys, and programmatic).
- Follow up on materials with various stakeholders (creative, clients, partners).
- Collect digital data via cyber-metrics tools.
- Participate in billing processes and ensure deadlines and contractual commitments are met.
Performance Tracking and Optimization:
- Analyze in-progress campaign results and optimize performance in collaboration with strategists.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and provide optimization recommendations.
- Participate in post-mortem report development.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Strong project management and cross-team coordination skills.
- Excellent analytical abilities and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with digital tools (Google Marketing Platform, GTM, Facebook Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Microsoft Office).
- Knowledge of Vividata (a plus).
- Firm values of integrity, transparency, and collaboration.
- The ability to thrive in a constantly evolving environment.
- A strong sense of organization and priorities, attention to detail, and a good dose of curiosity.
- The ability to present clear and relevant results to clients and partners.
- Perfect command of both French and English (oral and written) to ensure smooth and effective communication with our clients, partners, and teams abroad.
