The main goal of our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee is to inform, disseminate and defend these principles. Doing so helps us question our biases, and maybe even create lasting change. We’re talking about our ways of being and doing, in the communications we create with and for our clients, and by hiring diverse talents.

Unlike larger agencies, our structure encourages a flexible, multidisciplinary approach. A top-down hierarchy doesn’t really exist here either. Everyone has a say when they’re involved in a project.
