The Job:

• Draft and send clients project updates and summaries. Maintain, update, and track all project documents.

• Support the Account Executive in managing various needs.

• Assist the producer in sourcing talent, booking the recording studio, preparing audio or video recordings, and sending contracts to actors.

• Deliver final assets to media outlets and clients, while also assisting with archiving.

• Collaborate with account executives and production teams to adapt global campaigns for the Quebec market. Draft updates, consolidate feedback, and ensure follow-ups.

• Work closely with our media partner to deliver materials.

• Take detailed meeting notes and distribute them to the team.

• Carefully review and ensure the quality of all presentations.
