By skillfully using humour and drawing inspiration from popular references, the campaign demonstrates that thanks to the Public register of assistants, the exchange of personal information between assistants and third parties does not have to be an ordeal.
Since it came into force, the assistance measure has allowed people experiencing difficulties to receive help from trusted loved ones while retaining control of decisions. It allows these loved ones to obtain official recognition of their role and thus be able to communicate more easily on behalf of the person they support.
Launched on Monday, October 7, the campaign includes a TV spot and digital dispatches.
